The Analytics dashboard provides comprehensive insights into your group’s activity and growth patterns. It displays key metrics across different time periods to help you understand engagement trends and member behavior.

Click or tap the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly button at the top of the Analytics page to display metrics and charts of the data for the selected time period. When you switch between time periods, the metric cards at the top are updated to reflect the corresponding values (for example, daily active posters vs. weekly active posters), and all charts are refreshed to display the appropriate data granularity.

! Important: Because of when the analytics system was implemented in Groups.io, historical group data is available going back only to May 25, 2025. As a result:

  • Monthly views will show incomplete trends until full 30-day data sets are available. As the system continues to collect data, the monthly views will become increasingly comprehensive.
  • Charts might appear sparse or show shorter trend lines than expected.
  • Comparative analysis will become more meaningful as the system accumulates more historical data over time.
